Returns


We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

 

Returns procedure

We hope you're happy with your order but if you wish to return an item please first fill in the returns form within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  

Returns will be accepted and refunds given if the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, if the item is received in the same condition as it was sent, and any packaging has not been damaged.  

We aim to begin the refund process within three days of receipt of your return.  You will be sent a notification email to advise you of receipt of the returned product. 

Please allow 5-10 days after receipt of this email for funds to be credited to your account.  You will be refunded the cost of the item but not the cost of the delivery fees.  You must also pay return delivery charges. 

We recommend sending returns via Royal Mail.  Please retain the Certificate of Posting as proof of your return.

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.

 

Improper returns
