Although it sounds Italian, Ermani Bulatti is actually a Dutch costume jewellery company.
Between 1966 and 1984 the company produced mid-market jewellery for the Dutch domestic market under a different name. In 1984 they changed their design style and became Ermani Bulatti, a name which was created by 'Italianizing' a mix of the owner's and designer's names.
All the jewellery produced was handmade, often utilizing bronze and was sold in high-end boutiques. The company closed its doors in 2012.
