Vintage Turquoise Glass Brooch by HAR
This bright turquoise vintage brooch by HAR is in excellent condition. The turquoise glass central panel and teardrop petals are set off brilliantly by the textured gilt metal petals around the perimeter. The oval floral design is of a pleasing and wearable shape and size. HAR made jewellery for a limited time so I believe this piece to date from the late 1950s or early 1960s. It would make a very special something blue for a wedding day!
The brooch fastens with a functional roll clasp and is signed '©HAR' on the back.
An American costume jewellery company formed in the mid 1950s which traded until the late 1960s. Pieces of particular interest to collectors are the very busy yet somewhat abstract figural cobra and dragon designs.
How do you rate the condition of a piece?
Excellent - No visible flaws to note but items may exhibit some signs of age related wear
Very Good - Some visible flaws which aren't considered to impair the wearability of the piece
Good - Some more notable flaws but the piece is still in collectible condition
All items are vintage and have lived a previous life, therefore signs of age related wear are to be expected. I do my best to bring attention to any faults in the description and by using the condition scale.

Very fragile items will be protected with extra bubble wrap.
We welcome international orders. Please be aware that orders from outside the UK may incur customs duties for which the buyer is responsible to pay on receipt of purchase. These charges vary by country so please review the rules with your relevant customs authority before purchase.
